Please have a look at the website below. It sounds a little weird, but it's a proven psychological intervention, and I use it a lot "MINDFULLNESS" or to some people DBT. It won't help resolve the issues you talk about, but it CAN help you accept them, understand them and put you in a better place in your head to make decisions about what's important for you. The relaxation exercises on here are very good for those thinking about hurting themselves. Give it a try.
