How can we reform immigration laws to make a positive environment for immigrants *and* neutralize the costs...
Enforce our current immigration laws and DEPORT the ILLEGALS. That makes things much better for our true immigrants -- the ones willing to do things legally. I'm not interested in making a "positive environment" for criminals.
