Is it semen leakage ?

hi guyz ! whenever i watch videos my erects like any normal , but then i feel like peeing too....then when it starts to shrink something sticky and transparent comes out and the urge to pee becomes even greater..some of you might say its pre , but isnt pre supposed to come when you are erect ? in my case it comes when i shrink...i would be very grateful if anyone can help me out..THANK YOU
