Dilenma with Christian Dating Problems!!?

Ok so basically I'm a christian teen and I've been dating my girlfriend for about a month now. And she knows that I don't wanna "do it" meaning no until marriage, but she says she wants to progress or else a equilibrium relationship will just fade away. And then one night we groped, she jerked me off, and I kinda played with her . Is that bad for a christian to do , she told me that is only so its okay. Is this really ok??? Oh and a really dumb question cause I'm paranoid about getting taller. Does doing this slow ur growth spurt or anything lol i know this is such a weird transition but please answer both questions, i know this second part sounds funny, but please answer this.
