Irriation and shooting pains..................?

Im only 15 and since about half way through last week ive been experiencing problems with my lower right side, During it began to hurt and i felt dizzy so stopped, it hurt for the rest of the day, and since them i have had a dull droning pain in my side everytime i urinate, and a few minutes ago i had a random shooting pain, this time in the middle of my lower abdomen which had me doubled over.... also "down below" has become extremely itchy and irriatated, im not sure if these two are related, i have a long term boyfriend he is my first and only ual partner, vice versa, should i see a doctor?
