A weirdguy keeps waiting 4 me after cl its starting to freak me out!! What can I do without pissing him off?

You should talk to security immediately. Tell them he scares you. It might also help to tell the weird guy that he makes you feel uncomfortable. Talk to security first though. Maybe the guy thinks you feel something for him that you don't. If he knows he's scaring you, maybe he'll back off. See what security or a school counselor thinks about the situation.
