Online Gaming latency cause?

It can be for multiple reasons but what sounds like your problem is wireless its self isn't a very reliable connection. What is your connection percentage strength? I would advise a wired connection if at all possible as this will vastly reduce lag spikes. IF it still happens it may be due to hardware not up to the task but that's for a later point in time.
