Bony Bump between My Shoulder/Clavicle?

I'm 27, work out a lot, and the last few weeks my left shoulder has been really sore. Today I noticed a bony bump about the size of a g sticking out between the end of my clavicle (collar bone) and shoulder. Any ideas what it might be?
