Why do iCarly episodes in the philippines air 1 year after it airs in america?

I just heard that in nickelodeon here in the Philippines that iReunite with missy is just showing. I searched the list of episodes of icarly and it says it already Aired in the america last year in may! Please help!! In september iGot a Hot room is showing and i wanna watch it!
