URGENT: Is there a specific cat breed that people allergic to cats are okay with?

my 8 year old sister is terribly allergic to kittens & cats but she loves them to bits. All she has ever wanted is a kitten of her own. Someone suggested that persians do not normally induce allergic reactions. Can someone help? That is ALL she has on her Santa wish list.No smart alecs please.
