Do some people - consciously or not - attract bullying and victimisation?

yes of course they do, when someone starts on me i log off and dont answer most of the time, a lot on here attract the bully like a moth to a flame, its just attention seeking, some like to be bullied so the can attract sympathy from others. but it can be prevented, but not rising to the occasion..
