Can a custodial parent be in trouble if the child refuses visitation with the non custodial parent?

depends on the age of the child..you have two questions posted on this subject..your child is 16 years old, so you will not get into trouble with the judge as long as there is a solid reason the child refuses to go..such as medical issues..unsafe to be with the other parent..due to abuse or neglect..solid proof to back up your claims to the judge
