I have a 2002 sliver penny does any one know if it is worth anything?

It's hard to say, because you haven't even said what country it's from. Most likely it's been treated as a novelty item; have a dealer take a look at it. There were GOLD pennies minted in the UK as part of the 2002 Jubilee proof set; but I highly doubt one of those would be floating around.
